Allegiant Review

17383918
Allegiant
by Veronica Roth
pages- 526
Hey it’s Meagan and today I’m here to review Allegiant by Veronica Roth
One choice will define you.

What if your whole world was a lie?

What if a single revelation—like a single choice—changed everything?
What if love and loyalty made you do things you never expected?

The faction-based society that Tris Prior once believed in is shattered—fractured by violence and power struggles and scarred by loss and betrayal. So when offered a chance to explore the world past the limits she’s known, Tris is ready. Perhaps beyond the fence, she and Tobias will find a simple new life together, free from complicated lies, tangled loyalties, and painful memories.

But Tris’s new reality is even more alarming than the one she left behind. Old discoveries are quickly rendered meaningless. Explosive new truths change the hearts of those she loves. And once again, Tris must battle to comprehend the complexities of human nature—and of herself—while facing impossible choices about courage, allegiance, sacrifice, and love- goodreads.com summery

I’m sorry but I can‘t really review this book without spoilers so… please don’t read below if you haven’t read Allegiant.

Ok so I’m just going to cut to the chase and say that I didn’t enjoy this book very much. I enjoyed the 1st and most of the 2nd book in this series but I really don’t like the direction Veronica Roth took with this series. I feel like there were so many interesting things that could’ve been behind the fence that what was actually behind the fence was underwhelming.

Next I want to talk about Tobias’s POVs. To me his POVs were unnecessary (until the end), boring, and I got them confused with Tris POVs. When you have switching POVs I should never forget whose POV I’m reading from, and that happened a lot in Allegiant.

Last I’m gonna talk about the end (or as I call it depression town). As soon as you found out the security system was the death serum (which Tris could possible resist), I knew Tris was gonna sacrifice herself. The thing that upsets me about the end isn’t that Tris died it’s how she died. I mean she survived so much then she died from a gunshot… a stupid gunshot.

Overall I was not very impressed with this book. I didn’t enjoy the direction Veronica Roth went with the story. I also didn’t enjoy the Tobias POVs they were plain and just like Tris’s. And finally the end was just depressing.

That’s it from me…

Bye!

Cosplay!

Hey guys it’s Meagan and Halloween just passed so I thought I’d do a little Halloween inspired discussion… about COSPLAY! If you were wondering cosplay is basically where you dress up and act like a character from a movie, video game, book, ect… so below I’m gonna tell you about some of the times I’ve dressed as fictional characters!

1st story!

***I don’t remember how old I was the 1st time I dressed as a fictional character but I remember who it was. One Halloween I didn’t have a costume so since I was really into Avatar the Last Airbender I decided to go as Suki from Avatar the Last Airbender. I actually just wore a ninja costume and made some fans and said I was Suki… ya no one knew who I was.

2nd story!

Now this story takes place in 2011. I had convinced mom to take me to the midnight premiere of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 and I wanted to dress up, but I wasn’t sure what to dress up as. Then I came up with the best idea!  I was gonna go as the deathly hallows… yes you read that correctly I went to the movie dressed as the deathly hallows (as in the cloak, the wand, and the stone). I bet half of you are wondering how I dressed as a wand, cloak, and stone so I’ll tell you. I got a bed sheet and wore it like a cloak. Then I brought the wand I own, and carried a stone. Awesome costume right? Ya amazing I know :)

3rd story!

This last story takes place last Halloween. Last year I just gave out candy, so I didn’t have a costume. Then Halloween night I came up with the idea that I could be a dauntless shadowhunter! So I wore all black (dauntless) and drew runes on myself (shadowhunter). I also carried my wand like it was a stele! ***My friends and I also did the same thing (dressed as dauntless shadowhunters) when we went to see the City of Bones movie!
That’s all the stories from me! Comment below and tell me your cool/ funny/ embarrassing cosplay stories! Or maybe you’re a normal person reading this that has never dressed as a fictional character before, in which case you probably think I’m weird and/ or have issues… in which case you’re probably right… JUST KIDDING! :)

That’s all for now…

Never Fade Review!

16150830
Never Fade
By Alexandra Bracken
pages- 512
Hello it’s Meagan and today I’m here to review a new and amazing book by Alexandra Bracken, Never Fade!

DON’T READ FURTHER IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE DARKEST MINDS BY ALEXANDRA BRACKEN… it’s amazing… go read it!

Ruby never asked for the abilities that almost cost her her life. Now she must call upon them on a daily basis, leading dangerous missions to bring down a corrupt government and breaking into the minds of her enemies. Other kids in the Children’s League call Ruby “Leader”, but she knows what she really is: a monster.
When Ruby is entrusted with an explosive secret, she must embark on her most dangerous mission yet: leaving the Children’s League behind. Crucial information about the disease that killed most of America’s children—and turned Ruby and the others who lived into feared and hated outcasts—has survived every attempt to destroy it. But the truth is only saved in one place: a flashdrive in the hands of Liam Stewart, the boy Ruby once believed was her future—and who now wouldn’t recognize her.
As Ruby sets out across a desperate, lawless country to find Liam—and answers about the catastrophe that has ripped both her life and America apart—she is torn between old friends and the promise she made to serve the League. Ruby will do anything to protect the people she loves. But what if winning the war means losing herself? –goodreads.com summery

Oh my gosh this book was amazing! I give it a 100%, I had no problems with it! It was fast-paced, intense, heart wrenching and I loved every page! I was really glad to see some old faces and I loved all the new characters! I also really enjoyed getting to see the children’s league and learn more about them!

Now I really want to choose a favorite character but I can’t; they are all so awesome, interesting and funny! I really loved Ruby in this book! She was so funny, strong and just a great narrator. Then I also loved some of the new characters! Jude was so sweet and amazing and Vida was hilarious! I wasn’t sure if I could trust her at first but by the end she was one of my favorite characters! Then there was Cole. At first I really didn’t know if I should trust him, but I couldn’t not like him! He was so amazing and kinda reminded me of Liam (because he is Liam’s brother)

Overall I really enjoyed this book! If you haven’t read it yet; go get it! It is well worth it! Now don’t read further if you haven’t read the book… everything in orange will be a spoiler…

SPOILERS!!!

First I wanna say one thing… COLE IS A RED! Oh my gosh, I did not see that coming! When he used his ability to help Ruby, it was so awesome and kick-butt! I loved it! I also really want to see Cole and Liam to make amends as brothers; I just think that would be amazing!

Second… LIAM! I’m really happy that Liam was in the majority of this book! He’s such a great and sweet character! Then when he talked to Ruby about how even though he didn’t know her he still loved her; it was really sad. But then Ruby gave him the memory of the safe house back and I was happy, because what if that means she can give everyone else their memory back! I just want Ruby and Liam’s relationship to be back where it was in The Darkest Minds

Next… Ruby! I really liked Ruby in this book! She was funny, kick-butt, strong, and really is learning to use her ability! Then when she killed Rob…oh my gosh that idiot totally deserved that! But I can see where she was coming from when she didn’t want to end up like Clancy.

This leads me to my next topic… Clancy. I MEAN DIE ALREADY! He’s like a cockroach! Then when he was manipulating Ruby’s mind… I was so angry! At the end I really thought he was dead, and then he just came out another door! But the best part was at the very end when he thought he destroyed all his mom’s research, and Ruby just walked up and said, “you mean this research”. BEST WAY TO END THE BOOK! :)

Last thing (I promise)… Jude! At the end I just figured he was with Ruby, but he wasn’t… then when Liam and Chubs found his compass in the tunnel it was sooo sad! I really liked Jude he was so lighthearted and sweet and he always saw the good in people! But it wasn’t until I went to put the book on my shelf (and put the jacket back on) that I realized the compass on the cover… I literally ran in the kitchen freaking out when I realized that it was Jude’s compass…

Again I really enjoyed this book! This series is probably one of my favorites! I can’t wait to find out what the 3rd book will be called and to see the complete sentence on my shelf!

That’s it from me…

Bye! :)

The Dream Thieves Review

17347389
The Dream Thieves
by Maggie Stiefvater
pages- 439
Hello guys it’s Meagan and today I’m going to be reviewing the sequel to The Raven Boys; The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater…
Now that the ley lines around Cabeswater have been woken, nothing for Ronan, Gansey, Blue, and Adam will be the same. Ronan, for one, is falling more and more deeply into his dreams, and his dreams are intruding more and more into waking life. Meanwhile, some very sinister people are looking for some of the same pieces of the Cabeswater puzzle that Gansey is after... -goodreads.com summery
First I want to say that this book was great! I give it a 95%! The book was just as good as the 1st book and the plot is still interesting! My one main problem though is that the book is kinda slow… if you can’t read through slow books, this might not be the best book for you… but if you can get through the slow parts, it’s well worth it! As the plot unfolds and everything starts coming together it’s really interesting!
This leads me to my next point that the story can get confusing. The plot is so convoluted that it is easy to get mixed up in everything that is going on with all the different characters and all their backstories. But as I said before when the story begins to come together, it makes all the confusion worth it!
BELOW THERE WILL BE SPOILERS! ANYTHING WRITEN IN ORANGE WILL BE A SPOILER! You have been warned…
Now I want to talk about the characters… first Adam… now in the 1st book Adam was hands down my favorite character, but I can’t say the same about this book. Now I think Adam was meant to be unlikable in this book and I can see why he would be like that. I mean everything that happened with his dad in the first book (and the whole sacrifice himself thing) I feel like he just couldn’t take it anymore and just snapped…
Then there was Ronan, who I didn’t like in the 1st book, but I actually started to like in this book! His ability was really interesting, then when you found out that he wasn’t the only one with the ability, it got really interesting. But the dream creature (raven thing) was really creepy! And the dream where Adam turned into the raven thing makes me really nervous because I can’t help but think… what if that’s in there to show that Adam is turning into a monster… just a thought
Overall the book was great! It was interesting and everything I hoped for in a sequel! If you liked The Raven Boys I defiantly recommend that you go pick this one up!
`For anyone that has read the book… did you like Adam? Was the dream creature creepy for you do? Did you enjoy this more than The Raven Boys?
That’s it for me…

Book Covers!

Hello guys it’s Meagan today I’m here to discuss book covers…

Now book covers can ether make me WANT to read a book or make me NOT want to read a book. There are times when I have literally avoided reading books because of the cover (*cough* Gone *cough*). I know that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but if your book has an ugly cover I WILL NOT WANT TO READ IT! Now since I’ve made it obvious how important good covers are to me; now below are some of the things I like on book covers and some things I don’t like…

Things I like
1.  Symbolic covers… I like it when book covers have a symbol from the book on the from (example- the mockingjay pin on the cover of The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins or the Republic symbol on the cover of Legend by Marie Lu)

2.  Covers that hint toward something in the book… this one is harder to explain but basically I mean how on the covers for theShades of London series by Maureen Johnson they have London but the people are kinda blurry, implying ghosts

3.  Drawings… some might think drawings are childish, but I think they make some of the best book covers. For example, anything by Rick Riordan, his covers are always drawn and they’re always amazing! Another example is the Leviathan series by Scott Westerfeld; the drawings in those books really help you picture and understand the world/characters.
Things I don’t like
1.  People on covers… this very rarely turns out good. I mainly don’t like people on covers because the people are normally either A- awkwardly posed or B- have dumb expressions or C- have expressions that either just make you awkward… or that make you embarrassed to be seen with the cover. An example of people on covers gone wrong is the Gone series by Michael Grant

That pretty much sums up my feelings on book covers…
Below I will post all the covers mentioned above...
7826215
Leviathan
by Scott Westerfeld
a beautifully drawn cover!
28187
The Lightning Thief
by Rick Riordan
Another beautifully drawn cover
13595639
The Name of the Star
by Maureen Johnson
the cover hints towards something in the book
 (blurry people= ghosts)
and it's really pretty :)
9275658
Legend
by Marie Lu
the cover contains a symbol
from the book
2767052
The Hunger Games
by Suzane Collins
the cover contains a symbol
 from the book
2536134
Gone
by Michael Grant
the people are awkwardly positioned
and their expressions just make me feel awkward

Fractured Review

Fractured
by Teri Terry
pages- 432
Hello it’s Meagan and today I’m here to review a great dystopian book, Fractured by Teri Terry…
How do you know where to go when you don't remember where you came from?
Kyla's memory has been erased,
her personality wiped blank,
her memories lost for ever.
Or so she thought.
Kyla shouldn't be able to remember anything. But she can - and she's beginning to realise that there are a lot of dark secrets locked away in her memories. When a mysterious man from her past comes back into her life, she thinks she's on her way to finding the truth. But the more she learns about her history, the more confusing her future becomes. –goodreads.com summery
1st let me start by saying that I LOVED this book! I give it a 95%! It was interesting, face-paced, kept you reading, and answered most of the questions left by Slated.
Now a downside of the book is that it’s kinda predictable (or I’m just THAT good at predicting books : P) but the predictability doesn’t really take much away from the book  unless predictability really bothers you.
Other than that the book was great! The characters where just as awesome as in the first book, the action was just as good, and it was just as fast paced.
NOW UNDER THIS THERE WILL BE SPOILERS! ANYTHING WRITEN IN ORANGE IS A SPOILER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Now I’m going to state one more problem I had with the book that’s spoilery… A- Why did they slate her if they didn’t know who she was… B- If they didn’t know who she was; how did they know she was right handed… C- Why would the slating (levo) be connected to the hand you use for everything… what if you use different hands for different things…
Now let me say that I never trusted Nico and I still don’t! And the part when her dad died when they were running from Nico was so sad!
Also I LOVED Katran! He was so amazing and when she had the flashback of him comforting her I wanted to cry. Then he died trying to protect her and it reminded her of her dad… ya you could say I cried…
Then last… the thing with Ben and how he didn’t remember her! Oh my gosh that was so sad! Then at the end when she went to talk to him… for a second I thought he was gonna remember… but WHATEVER! Maybe she’ll try to talk to him more in the next book!
Overall I loved the book it was interesting, fast paced and a great sequel! I recommend this book for anyone who enjoys dystopian books or read and enjoyed Slated…
For anyone who has read it… Did you trust Nico? Did you trust Cam? Did you like Katran, or cry when he died? And did you overall enjoy the book? Comment below and we can discuss!
That’s it from me…

Shatter Me Review

Shatter Me (Shatter Me, #1)
Shatter Me
by Tahereh Mafi
pages- 340
Hey it’s Meagan and today I’m here to review a very hyped book… Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi…

Juliette hasn’t touched anyone in exactly 264 days.
The last time she did, it was an accident, but The Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette’s touch is fatal. As long as she doesn’t hurt anyone else, no one really cares. The world is too busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don’t fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.
The Reestablishment said their way was the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war – and The Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she’s exactly what they need right now.
Juliette has to make a choice: Be a weapon. Or be a warrior –goodreads.com summery

Ok so this book has been sitting on my shelf for probably a year now and I never read it because I just never felt motivated to, but last month it was part of follower’s choice on my instagram, so I finally had a push to get through it, and let me say I don’t regret it. I give this book 85%. While I did enjoy this book I also had my issues with it.

My first main issue was the writing, while it was creative and different; I felt that I often got distracted by it. I would think things like… man Juliette really sounds like Gollum... which I mean is kinda the point, but it was just really distracting.

The other thing that I wasn’t the biggest fan of was the romance. I mean by the end of the book I shipped Adam and Juliette, but I feel like some romance scenes were just there so something would happen. I like it when the romance has a purpose and helps drive the story, but sadly in this case it did neither (for the most part).

Now some things I did like: I liked the action, I liked Adam’s character, and I loved Kenji’s character! Those were some of main, big things that I liked… if you want me to go more into detail and/or a spoilery review please comment below and tell me.

Overall I liked Shatter Me; it was interesting and kept me reading. I recommend this to anyone who likes dystopian novels!

For anyone who has read it… what were your thoughts on Warner? Did you like the romance? Did you enjoy the writing style?

That’s it from me… BYE!

In Time Review

Hey! It’s Meagan and today I’m reviewing a fairly new novella in Alexandra Bracken’s Darkest Minds series… In Time!

In Time (The Darkest Minds, #1.5)
In Time
by Alexandra Bracken
pages: 89
I don’t recommend reading further if you have not read The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken…

Gabe’s life has been devastated in the wake of the economic crash. The only option left for someone like him to escape his tragic past is to leave his small town behind and to attempt to become a skip tracer. This already almost impossible task is made all the more difficult by his first score, a young girl who won’t speak, but who changes his life in ways he could never imagine. –goodreads.com summery

This is a hard book to give a rating to; considering it was only 89 pages, but those were some great 89 pages! It had great characters, a great plot, and my favorite part; it explained what happened to Zu after The Darkest Minds.

Now first… the characters… Zu was just as amazing and just as likable as she was in The Darkest Minds. She was just as smart, helpful, and the little mentions of Liam, Chubs, and Ruby made me want to cry (but in a good way)… then there was Gabe. Gabe was the kinda guy that did whatever it took to get by, and you saw that… but then Zu came along. I loved seeing him slowly realize that he actually cared about Zu and that she wasn’t a monster.

Second, I loved the plot! The plot was simple, and interesting. What keeps you reading is that you already care about Zu and she’s still the Zu you love from The Darkest Minds; so you want to know what is going to happen to her. The book is fast paced because you don’t need to fall in love with Zu… you already love her, so the book can jump into the action. Now a great part of this book, that I feel more dystopian books should do, is give the reader an adult POV. Most books only show you what the kids think/ how they feel about the situation, but In Time is (almost) only from an adult POV. You get to see how much the adults actually know about the children’s situation… this book shows how blind everyone else in the world really is.

Last I love finding out what happened to Zu. After The Darkest Minds I always assumed everything went smooth with Zu, but this book tells the full story of what actually happened… no more assuming… just the brutal, honest truth…

Overall I loved this book! It had lots of great elements that came together to make an amazing, interesting, and suspenseful book! It kept me reading and I loved the throwbacks to The Darkest Minds characters and showing the emotional connection they really had with Zu, and what they taught her. I feel like this book’s job was to get people excited for Never Fade (and to continue Zu’s story) and I think In Time did its job… and more… :)

That’s all from me…

A Land More Kind than Home

Hey, it's Mom!  As you now know, Meagan reads 3+ books before I finish 1.  But that's ok, at least I finished one!

"A Land More Kind than Home" is a fantastic novel by first time author, Wiley Cash.  Jess Hall is a nine year old boy who is forced to grow up quickly after his older, mute brother "Stump" dies under highly suspicious circumstances at the local church.  Jess knows Stump saw something he shouldn't have.  And Jess himself saw horrifying things happening in that church.  But should he reveal what he saw, and admit to snooping?

Cash tells the story from the point of view of three characters: Jess Hall, Sheriff Clem Barfield, and Addie Lyle.  It really adds to the story to have the story told from different points of view.  However, I must admit that every time I picked up the book I had to reread several pages to reorient myself to who was narrating and if it was present time or a flashback. If I were able to complete an entire narrator's section in one sitting, then this probably wouldn't have been a problem.  I would be negligent if I didn't mention one other character, Pastor Chambliss.  He's the villain of this story, and quite an evil one.  You will find yourself asking, "could people really believe such a phony?"

The story touches on morality, evil, trust, faith, anger, forgiveness, and family bonds.  Many of the reviews call this book a thriller.  I never considered it a thriller.  Perhaps it is, but it's also much more than that.  I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I think you will too.

Oh, one last thing!  I can easily see someone making this into a movie!

Slated review

Slated (Slated, #1)Hello it’s Meagan and today I’m here to review Slated by Teri Terry; a book about, dystopia, wiped memories, and  lies…

Kyla’s memory has been erased,
her personality wiped blank,
her memories lost for ever.

She’s been Slated.

The government claims she was a terrorist, and that they are giving her a second chance - as long as she plays by their rules. But echoes of the past whisper in Kyla’s mind. Someone is lying to her, and nothing is as it seems. Who can she trust in her search for the truth? -goodreads.com summery

1st I give this book a 90%! It was good, and once I got into it, it was fast paced. My only problem would be that it took some time to get into it. I didn’t actually care what happened to Kyla for most of the book.

One character LOVED was Ben. I fell In love with him instantly, and he was amazing! Some other characters I really liked were Jazz and his friend Mac. I also really liked Amy.

Now I wanna take a second to talk about the world. The world was great and interesting! To be honest it knida reminded me of the world from the Legend series by Marie Lu (I’m not saying it’s a copy of it though). They were similar in the sense of both books had an evil government that was doing horrible things, then there is a vigilante group that’s against the evil government, but they aren’t doing good things ether…

All in all it was a great book! Most of the characters were very likable, and the world was interesting! A great and quick tread! That’s it from me… BYE!!!

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children Review

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (Miss Peregrine, #1)
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children
by: Ransom Riggs
Pages: 352
Hello, it’s Meagan and today I’m gonna be reviewing Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs; a book about children, monsters, and photographs…

A mysterious island. An abandoned orphanage. And a strange collection of very curious photographs. It all waits to be discovered in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, an unforgettable novel that mixes fiction and photography in a thrilling reading experience.

As our story opens, a horrific family tragedy sets sixteen-year-old Jacob journeying to a remote island off the coast of Wales, where he discovers the crumbling ruins of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. As Jacob explores its abandoned bedrooms and hallways, it becomes clear that the children who once lived here - one of whom was his own grandfather - were more than just peculiar. They may have been dangerous. They may have been quarantined on a desolate island for good reason.
And somehow - impossible though it seems - they may still be alive. –goodreads.com summery

First let me say I’m sorry for anyone who recommended this book… I kept putting it off because I never thought I’d like it… boy was I wrong… once Jacob got to the island I fell in love with this book, and the characters! Jacob was a fairly good protagonist. He didn’t annoy me, he was smart, ect…

Then there is Emma… from the moment you first saw her, I knew she was gonna be my favorite character. She was sweet, nice, and I REALLY felt bad for her when she found out what happened to Jacob’s grandfather, plus she’s a firebender automatically making her awesome!

Then the end… all I can say is Whoa! Didn’t see that coming! I would say more, but I wanna keep this as spoiler free as possible…

Overall it was an amazing book! I give it a 100% and you should go read it if you haven’t already!

If you have read the book… What did you think? Did you go into this book knowing what to expect, or kinda blindly like me? Do you ship Emma and Jacob… or is that kinda weird? Comment below and we can discuss!

The Madness Underneath Review

The Madness Underneath (Shades of London, #2)
The Madness Underneath
by Maureen Johnson
pages- 290
Hey it’s Meagan and today I will be reviewing The Madness Underneath by Maureen Johnson; an awesome book about London, mystery, and ghosts…

***DO NOT READ FURTHER IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE 1ST BOOK, THE NAME OF THE STAR, THERE WILL BE SPOILERS FOR THE 1ST BOOK! ***

After her near-fatal run-in with the Jack the Ripper copycat, Rory Devereaux has been living in Bristol under the close watch of her parents. So when her therapist suddenly suggests she return to Wexford, Rory jumps at the chance to get back to her friends. But Rory’s brush with the Ripper touched her more than she thought possible: she’s become a human terminus, with the power to eliminate ghosts on contact. She soon finds out that the Shades—the city’s secret ghost-fighting police—are responsible for her return. The Ripper may be gone, but now there is a string of new inexplicable deaths threatening London. Rory has evidence that the deaths are no coincidence. Something much more sinister is going on, and now she must convince the squad to listen to her before it’s too late.- goodreads.com summery

First I give this book a 90%, it was good, interesting, and kept me reading just like the 1st book.

One of my only problems with the book was that it was kind of predictable. I knew things WAY before Rory did, and that kind of annoyed me.

Now let me say one thing, I don’t know what I’d do if Stephen, Boo, and Callum, were not in this book; they are hands down my favorite characters from the series! Even when I thought Stephen was overreacting about something (which I though was about 80% of the scenes he was in) he was still my favorite character!

And then the end happened… 15 PAGES!  Maureen Johnson couldn’t let me have 15 PAGES of peace and happiness! NOPE! Something tragic had to happen!

Anyway, overall I really liked this book. It was interesting and kept me reading! If you have read the Name of the Star, but haven’t picked up The Madness Underneath yet, do it, it’s worth it.

If you have read it… what did you think about it? Who were you’re favorite characters? And what did you think of the end? Comment below so we can discuss!

That’s it from me…

Hey, it's "Mom".  I've started reading a new book "A Land More Kind than Home".  So far so good.  I wish I could read at night without falling asleep!  I don't finish books nearly as fast as Meagan.  I think she's read two books since we started this blog last week :).  So.... ask her why she hasn't posted a book review yet!?!?

Hey, from Meagan!

Hey, it’s Meagan! I am 13 years old and LOVE to read! I will be reviewing Young Adult Fiction books on here. The main genres I read are SCI-FI, Fantasy, Paranormal, and Dystopian. Other than book reviews you can also expect synopsis and cover reveals from me! Last, this year I plan on reading 50 books; I will update you on that monthly. That’s it for me… BYE!
